About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of events in Kolkata, West Bengal. You will support the Event Manager in handling event operations, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure smooth and successful events.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing corporate, promotional, and social events
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue partners
- Support in preparing event timelines, checklists, and schedules
- Manage event logistics including setup, branding, and arrangements
- Communicate with clients and internal teams for smooth execution
- Track event budgets and assist in cost management
- Handle registrations, guest lists, and on-ground coordination
- Support on-site execution and resolve minor operational issues
- Ensure all event requirements are met on time
- Prepare basic post-event reports and feedback summaries





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role:
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of vendor and event operations
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, or brand activations
- Familiarity with event tools or basic CRM systems
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when required
