Prepare RA Bills, Contractor Bills, Subcontractor Bills, and Client Billing as per site progress.
- Verify site measurements, BOQ quantities, and work executed at site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for accurate billing inputs.
- Perform rate analysis, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
- Maintain all billing documentation, records, and support audits.
- Prepare material reconciliation and monitor budget vs. actual consumption.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract terms for correct billing.
- Handle extra item billing, variation claims, and price adjustments.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up for approvals and payments.
- Support the management team in budgeting and cost control.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
