Will Be In charge/Responsible for-All activities related to Architecture / Land Acquisition & Development Professional Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and GIS tools (e.g., Google Earth Pro).
- Understanding of architectural design processes and land documentation.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail, with strong documentation and file management skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities

Specific Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Drafting & Design Support
- Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings, site layouts, and maps using CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Create conceptual, schematic, and detailed design documents following industry standards and project guidelines.
- Develop innovative solutions for complex drafting challenges, optimizing spatial layouts and land use.

2. GIS & Mapping Integration




- Utilize Google Earth Pro and similar GIS software to generate KML/KMZ files and overlay geographic survey data.
- Integrate coordinates, elevations, and boundaries from field surveys into architectural and land use plans.
- Interpret satellite imagery and geospatial information to support site planning and decision-making.

3. Survey Data & Technical Documentation
- Interpret and incorporate field survey data (e.g., benchmarks, topography, property boundaries) into technical drawings.
- Maintain project survey lists and prepare detailed case files based on client requirements.
- Review and revise drawings to ensure alignment with survey data and project changes.

4. Land Documentation & Records Management
- Collect, verify, and organize key land-related documents (e.g., 7/12 extracts, title deeds, mutation records, consent letters).
