ROLE OVERVIEW

As Head of Quality Control, you will establish, implement, and oversee a comprehensive quality management system across all Makuta Projects sites. This corporate-level role ensures consistency in construction quality, compliance with regulatory standards (RERA, NBC, municipal codes), and customer satisfaction across the entire portfolio.



You will work directly with project teams, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to maintain Makuta's reputation for excellence.

This is a strategic + hands-on role: You will define QC policies and procedures while also conducting regular site audits, resolving quality issues, and managing testing/certification processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESQuality Management System (Corporate Level)
- Develop and implement standardized Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policies across all 5 projects
- Create Quality Manual, inspection checklists, and audit procedures
- Establish quality benchmarks and KPIs for:
- Structural integrity (concrete strength, reinforcement)
- Finish quality (flooring, painting, doors, fixtures)
- MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Safety standards
- Environmental compliance
- Conduct quarterly quality management reviews with project teams
- Recommend process improvements based on indus
