You’ll work across audience growth, automation, performance marketing, analytics, and rapid-response digital campaigns — contributing directly to projects that influence large-scale public discourse and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly adopt and integrate emerging AI tools, automation systems, and LLM workflows to optimise execution and scale operations.
- Assist in Meta/Google ad campaigns focused on reach, engagement, surveys, lead generation, and audience acquisition.
- Analyse platform trends, viral formats, hooks, and audience behaviour to improve organic growth and follower conversion.
- Build and maintain growth trackers, reporting systems, and automation workflows using Excel, Python, SQL, and dashboards.
- Conduct social media audits, competitor benchmarking,



and digital ecosystem analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
- Support growth-hacking initiatives through experimentation, A/B testing, retargeting, and rapid optimisation cycles.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to improve content packaging, distribution, and platform performance.
- Participate in rapid-response narrative management during high-pressure campaign moments, crisis situations, and major political events.
- Track and interpret key metrics — Reach, Engagement, CPM, CPL, CPC, Sentiment, and Follower Growth — to drive decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student / recent graduate from a reputed institution.
- Solid proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, scraping, automation, or data-visualisation tools is a strong advantage.
