Sai Kids Public Sr. Sec. School is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and growth-oriented Principal / School Director to lead the institution and drive its academic and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall administration and daily operations of the school.
- Lead, guide, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Improve student admissions and strengthen the school's reputation.
- Ensure academic quality, discipline, and student development.
- Build solid relationships with parents and the local community.
- Implement strategies for school growth and long-term development.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.

Requirements:




- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in school administration, principal, vice-principal, coordinator, or leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage admissions, operations, and team performance.
- Passion for educational excellence and school development.

Salary

₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance).
