Role Objective:
The Staff Trainer will be solely responsible for the behavioral, service, and communication training of our front-line outlet teams. You will ensure that every customer who walks into a B'Creamy India Pvt Ltd outlet is greeted with warmth, professionalism, and top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Soft Skills & Communication: Conduct interactive training on verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and body language for outlet staff.
- Customer Service Excellence: Train teams on advanced customer handling, conflict resolution, dealing with difficult situations, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Grooming & Professionalism: Inculcate discipline regarding personal hygiene, uniform standards, and professional etiquette aligned with our brand image.
- Upselling & Suggestive Selling: Teach psychological and conversational techniques to help staff comfortably suggest offers, upgrades, and seasonal campaigns to customers.
- Onboarding & Culture:

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Customer Service Trainer, or Guest Relations Trainer in hospitality, aviation, retail, or QSR.
- Skills: Exceptional command over spoken Hindi and English.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to design engaging training modules, role-play exercises, and feedback loops.

Note:This role focuses purely on service delivery, behavioral standards, and customer interaction. It does not involve food or product preparation training.
