ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Camera Operation & Shoot Execution
- Operate DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras (Sony alpha series)
- Execute shoots independently across commercial, corporate, and social media productions
- Ensure correct frame composition, focus, exposure, and motion for each shot
- Follow shot lists, storyboards, and director briefs with mínimal supervision

Lighting Setup & Management
- Plan and execute lighting setups for studio, interview, product, and event shoots
- Work with LED panels, softboxes, reflectors, and grip equipment
- Adapt lighting to match brand references, mood boards, and director's vision
- Manage power distribution, rigging, and safe equipment placement on set

Outdoor & Location Shoots
- Execute exterior shoots across wide-ranging environments - urban,



architectural, nature, events
- Manage natural light conditions and adapt to weather, time-of-day, and location constraints
- Handle all logistics of camera and lighting kit transport and setup at remote locations
- Scout locations alongside the creative team and provide technical feasibility inputs

Production Support
- Maintain, prep, and pack camera gear, lenses, rigs, stabilizers, and accessories
- Operate gimbal stabilizers (DJI Ronin or similar) for smooth motion shots
- Support video editing team by organizing and labeling footage correctly
- Collaborate with directors, editors, and creative team throughout production pipeline

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of proven experience in camera operation and videography
- Proficiency with Sony FX / Canon C / Blackmagic Design or similar cinema cameras
- Strong knowledge of lighting equipment, modifiers, and grip gear
