- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of various product development and sustenance initiatives. This role is ideal for a certified project management professional who thrives in complex, quick-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-impact enterprise software solutions.

As Project Manager you are accountable for ensuring the Quality and On time delivery of projects. You will drive the different functions including R&D; Embedded Firmware, R&D; Software, R&D; Hardware, Industrialization, Sourcing, and for overseeing the execution of multiple R&D; projects within the GridBeats product line.

While your scope spans program-level coordination, your primary focus will be on day-to-day project management—ensuring that cross-functional teams deliver on time, within scope, and with high quality.

You will work closely with product management, engineering, design,



and commercial teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure seamless execution across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple R&D; projects within the GridBeats.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, QA, and delivery to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe practices.
- Track and report progress to stakeholders, including product line leadership and executive sponsors.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, quality standards, and release processes.
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and driving process enhancements.
