Devsid Media is a digital marketing agency helping businesses generate leads, grow their online presence, and scale through performance-driven marketing strategies. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage campaigns, social media, content planning, lead generation, and client communication.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for clients through paid and organic marketing efforts.
- Create monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
- Ideate engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for post execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- Conduct client calls, understand requirements, and provide campaign updates.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely communication.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new growth opportunities.
- Track KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, lead quality,



and conversion rates. Digital marketing managers are typically responsible for campaign management, lead generation, social media oversight, analytics, and ROI tracking.

Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle client meetings professionally.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and marketing tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Prior agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
