Role Overview

We are seeking an execution-focused Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to improve Trimate AI’s lead generation, website traffic, campaign performance, content distribution and marketing consistency.

This is not a pure content writing role.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Website Optimisation
- Optimise website pages for relevant healthcare, AI receptionist and clinic automation keywords
- Optimise founder-provided blogs, articles and case studies before publishing
- Improve page titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal links




- Track keyword performance, website traffic and search performance
- Recommend improvements to increase relevant healthcare traffic
- Support website conversion improvements, especially workflow review bookings.

2. Paid Advertising Management
- Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads and retargeting campaigns where required
- Upload, test and optimise founder-provided ad copy
- Create or coordinate easy ad designs and creative assets
- Manage keywords, negative keywords, audiences and campaign structure
- Align ads with relevant landing pages
- Track conversions, campaign performance and acquisition cost
- Prepare paid advertising reports and recommendations

3. Content Repurposing & Social Media

The founders will provide source content such as webinars, call recordings, case studies, client results, founder insights, product updates and industry commentary.
