Experience
5+ Years Education B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical Control System

Expertise Siemens S7-400H, S7-1500 (SIL and Non SIL System) or Mitsubishi iQR Series Process CPU- Redundant Standards Knowledge IEC 61508, IEC 61511
Understanding and Documentation of Software Life Cycle Planning, Software Requirement, Architecture and Design, Component Design, Component Implementation and Testing, Integration, Overall Software Testing/Final Validation Strong in documentation to handle the project life cycle We are looking for an experienced PLC Engineer with robust expertise in Industrial Automation, must have a prior experience in controller logic development and SCADA screen development on project with more than 500 inputs and Outputs in ICS/ Distributed system and learning mindset to develop technical expertise as required for the project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-I/O Lists-Interface Lists-Functional Design Specifications (FDS)-Alarm Lists-Panel Internal & External Wiring Diagrams-Testing & Commissioning Documents

Execute and support Pre-FAT, FAT,



SAT, commissioning, and system validation activities at customer sites. Coordinate with project leads, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams for successful project execution and timely delivery.

Implement and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as:
-Modbus RTU/TCP-IP-OPC DA/UA-Other industrial Ethernet-based communication systems Design and implement industrial network architecture for automation and control systems. Ensure project execution complies with applicable industrial automation and control system standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in controller selection, hardware architecture design, and system integration activities based on project requirements. Support multiple projects simultaneously as per execution schedules and project priorities.
Prepare software testing, validation, and documentation reports in line with Software Development Lif
