Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Employee Relations
- Maintain healthy employee-employer relationships.
- Address employee grievances and workplace issues.
- Ensure a positive work workplace.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.

HR Operations
- Manage employee records and documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave, and HRMIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics.

Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee productivity and development.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support succession planning initiatives.

Policy & Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies.




- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle disciplinary actions and investigations when required.

Team Management
- Lead and supervise HR Executives and Recruiters.
- Set departmental goals and KPIs.
- Monitor recruitment and HR performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

✔ MBA (HR) Preferred.

✔ Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in HR & Recruitment.

✔ Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi.

✔ Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills.

✔ Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Best Practices.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and HR Software.
