Job description

Responsibilities : -

Directly reporting to the Principal Architect.

Very Strong Creative & Design Abilities with Drawing Skills.

Able to develop Design Proposals & Concepts in discussion with Project Principals &Team.;

To lead, Develop & Collaborate with team in developing & submitting Project Deliverables.

Able to Plan,Review project documents for quality assurance & co-ordinate project Deliverables.

Able to lead the team in Project design and documentation from start to finish.

Should have minimum 3-6 years of working experience in MASTERPLANNING, HI-RISE & LOW RISE (Residential/Commercial/IT)

Develop Design Proposals & Concepts

Develop GFC's ,Working Drawings

Presentation experience & Skills.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop & Knowledge in Revit and other related software and design platforms.

Technical / Skilled Qualification : -

B.Arch. / M. Arch

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
