Description and Requirements:
Perform a variety of accounting reconciliation functions to report financial information in an accurate and timely manner. Follow-up with lines of business for closure of accounting open items. Maintain data and records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and reporting requirements. Produce monthly reconciliation statements.
- Responsible for monitoring depreciation trails of EMEA, Latam and Asia.- Responsible for maintaining and closing ledger period for EMEA and Latam.- Preparing expense report.- Complete the tasks assigned as per the pre-defined timelines.
- Responsible for quick turnaround of batch clearing of Asia, EMEA and Latam.
- Responsible for preparing PPE, Computer Software BSC and Clearing account reconciliation
- Responsible for completing all process monthly reports as per timelines.
- Participate in the calls/discussions as applicable for this process.
- Effectively manage research/resolution/follow-ups for closure of open items
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations, and information security standards
