Key Responsibilities




- Monitor and investigate computer and software vulnerabilities identified through Tenable/Nessus
- Analyze vulnerability findings to understand impact, root cause, and remediation requirements
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts used for vulnerability remediation and automation
- Partner with testing coordinator to validate remediation solutions prior to deployment
- Create and manage ServiceNow change request tickets and support the change management process
- Coordinate remediation activities with multiple groups/teams:
- Software testing coordinators
- Deployment coordinators
- Deployment engineers
- Operation engineers responsible for system imaging and updates
- Policy engineers
- Application and tool owners
- Assist with endpoint troubleshooting and remediation efforts
- Schedule and participate in meetings with internal teams and clients to drive vulnerability resolution
