Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Profitability: Set sales targets, track key performance indicators (KPIs) like average transaction value and conversion rates, and implement promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high brand standards, manage window displays, and ensure the sales floor is organized, appealing, and easy to shop.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate retail associates. Foster a positive environment and model exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments, conduct audits, and manage shrinkage.
- Customer Experience: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring a welcoming setting.
- Daily Operations:



Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and enforce safety, security, and loss prevention protocols.

Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field (often preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in retail management, with deep knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency with POS systems and retail math.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
