Accounting Process Understanding & Analysis
- Study customer AP/AR workflows, reconciliation methods, and account structures.
- Identify process gaps and align client requirements with the software capabilities.
- Review ledger records and detect inconsistencies or mismatches.
- Resolve accounting-related issues such as TDS differences, debit/credit note adjustments, reconciliation gaps, and pending receipts through system configuration and process corrections.

Client Interaction & User Training
- Conduct training programs for finance and accounts teams across different organizational levels.
- Prepare onboarding guides, SOPs, and user documentation.
- Organize product demonstrations, webinars, and implementation workshops.
- Coordinate with stakeholders regarding project updates, timelines, and implementation status.

Software Implementation & Support
- Manage complete implementation activities from project initiation to final go-live.
- Work closely with technical and QA teams for ERP integration and issue resolution.




- Provide post-implementation support and help users adapt to the platform effectively.

Product Enhancement Support
- Collect customer feedback regarding accounting workflows and operational challenges.
- Share improvement suggestions and feature recommendations with the product development team.

Desired Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter
- Valuable understanding of below
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- GST & TDS
- Reconciliation processes
- Aging analysis
- Debit & Credit Notes
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Tally, or similar accounting systems.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and customer coordination skills.
