Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Handle End-to-end US IT recruitment for clients Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients

Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)

Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes

Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical terminology

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

Good negotiation and coordination skills

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.

Strong MS Excel and reporting skills

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage

Preferred Experience





3-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment

Experience hiring for large IT companies, staffing firms, or consulting organizations preferred

Exposure to contract, permanent, and C2H hiring models preferred

Performance Expectations Meet monthly hiring and closure targets

Achieve quick turnaround time for open requirements

Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication
