Position summary

Own end-to-end Lead-to-Order management for Glass Architecture, Aluminium Window/Frame systems and Shower Cubicles. Responsible for capturing leads from multiple sources, qualifying requirements, preparing and sending quotations, systematic follow-ups until conversion, advance collection, accurate CRM/data maintenance, and daily reporting to the Reporting Manager. After order confirmation, coordinate handover to execution/installation teams and support order closure.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Lead Generation & Lead Capture:
- Capture and enter leads from social media, inbound calls, references, exhibitions, walk-ins into CRM and soft copy trackers.
- Ensure complete and accurate lead information with proper source tagging.
- Lead Qualification & Requirement Gathering:
- Call/coordinate with customers to understand:
- Project location and type
- Project stage (construction / moulding / tiling etc.)
- Tentative date for installation/requirement
- Product requirement (glass architecture,



aluminium windows/frames, shower cubicles)
- Record measurements/details as per standard checklist and route to the right internal team when needed.
- Quotation Preparation & Communication:
- Coordinate with technical/estimation team (if applicable) to prepare quotations based on confirmed requirements.
- Maintain proper version control of quotations and approvals.
- Follow-up & Conversion (Lead → Order):
- Handle objections, coordinate revisions, and ensure timely responses to customers.
- Update pipeline stages regularly and maintain accurate next-action dates.
- Order Confirmation & Advance Collection:
- Coordinate collection of order confirmation (PO/signed quote) and advance payment as per agreed terms.
- Ensure receipts/acknowledgements are shared and documentation is filed in CRM.
- Post-Order Coordination (Order → Installation Support):
- Create a transparent handover to Projects/Production/Installati
