Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Shift: Day Shift (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM)

Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹13,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Process payroll for 100+ employees and coordinate with HR.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and LWF compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Generate invoices for international clients and manage LUT compliance.




- Collaborate with global finance teams for reporting and reconciliations.

Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Solid knowledge of Indian taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling finance operations independently.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
