Corpay is seeking a Software Development Manager for our Cross-Border division, within the Corporate Payments line of business, located in Chennai, India.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Software Development Manager to lead a team of developers responsible for building, maintaining, and modernizing core features within Corpay Cross-Border’s payments and foreign exchange platforms.

This is a player-coach role. You will manage and mentor engineers, own team delivery, guide technical decisions, and remain close to the code through design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, prototyping, and direct technical contributions where needed.

You will work closely with business stakeholders,



product owners, QA, architecture, and engineering leadership to translate business priorities into secure, scalable, reliable software solutions. You will help the team improve engineering practices, maintain high standards of quality, and deliver production-ready software in a business-critical financial technology environment.
