Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager who can manage brand growth, social media presence, content strategy, paid advertising, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan and manage content calendars.
- Create and oversee social media campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Generate leads through digital marketing initiatives.




- Coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators.
- Track analytics, KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google platforms.
- Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, lead generation, and audience growth.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with creative agencies, production houses, or marketing agencies.
- Understanding of content creation and video marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or design workflows.
