Starvance LLP is seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketplace Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end marketplace operations across multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Meesho, DMart Ready, and other emerging channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage the Marketplace Operations team.
- Allocate and monitor daily operational tasks.
- Track team productivity and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Inventory Planning & Replenishment
- Monitor inventory levels across all marketplace channels.
- Plan replenishment based on sales forecasts, historical trends, and demand patterns.
- Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory situations.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for inventory availability.
- Maintain optimal inventory coverage across all marketplaces.
