Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google ad campaigns
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic and online conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Creating content for social media, posting and handling
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports
- Research new digital trends and recommend growth strategies

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in social media handling and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO,



and performance marketing
- Understanding of e-commerce and online sales funnels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and team coordination skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience with D2C or retail brands
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
