Role Expectations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients for project accounting, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Manage end-to-end day-to-day financial activities for both the Nepal and international office, ensuring seamless coordination, financial accuracy, and strict adherence to local and international regulatory standards.




- Record daily transactions and expense entries into ERP/Tally, ensuring that all vouchers, invoices, and vendor contracts are organized and maintained in both digital and physical archives.
- Review and reconcile cash, bank, and petty cash balances on a regular basis and prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
- Process payables and reimbursable expenses, validate invoices against approvals, handle dispute resolution, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Assist in account receivable tasks including payment identification, invoice reconciliation, AR report updates, and timely follow-ups.
- Set up projects with appropriate work breakdown structures and maintain project-level financial tracking.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth information flow and timely completion of finance-related tasks.
