Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain company services and membership plans to customers.
- Follow up with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into registrations.
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
