We are expanding our operations and are looking for energetic, motivated, and result-driven individuals to join our Business Development team in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for the company’s dental product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to map potential customers across Delhi NCR regions.
- Present and promote dental products, services,



and treatment solutions to prospective clients.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed reports of client interactions, lead status, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing ability.
- Confidence in conducting sales presentations and field meetings.
- Basic understanding of the dental industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work effectively in a performance-driven and competitive environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong field sales, networking, and relationship management skil
