Job Responsibilities:
- Handling blue-collar and domestic staff hiring.
- Coordinating with placement agencies and maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Managing bulk hiring requirements within timelines.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and joining coordination.
- Building strong relationships with vendors and recruitment partners.
- Experience in blue-collar/domestic hiring is mandatory.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and bulk hiring processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and close positions quickly.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge preferred.
