ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




- To make Max Healthcare “Hospital of Choice” for the allocated region’s people & Doctors.
- To effectively interface with the trade physicians and patients for promoting the services offered by the hospital.
- To demonstrate ability to implement sales promotion and relationship building initiatives.
- To create database of potential doctors & nursing homes / hospitals across Allahabad.
- To conceive plan and organize CMEs /OPDs/Camps other programs for MECP physicians.
- Responsible for newsletters to MECP doctors.
- To convene regular meetings and performance reviews involving team members and Team Leaders, MECP Relations.
- To maintain and track ‘doctors’ performance vis-à-vis MECP Relations Targets.
- To achieve target revenue of MECP Team.
- To manage MECP Relations team / provide leadership to the MECP Relations team to achieve their targets.
- To recruit, retain & develop MECP doctors for the units.
- To maintain overall self-
