Hiring: Sr. Application Support Engineer / SRE

We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Application Support Engineer with a strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset to join our growing engineering team.
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Experience: 4-5 Years
- Contract Duration: 1 Year
- SRE Operations Schedule: 24x5 with bi-weekly shift rotation
- Shifts: 6:00 AM | 1:00 PM | 5:30 PM | 9:30 PM
- Weekend: On-call support

Role Overview
You will act as the bridge between development and operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, reliability, and performance of production systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Incident management & production support
- Monitoring, observability & reliability engineering
- Automation & toil reduction initiatives
- Build runbooks, self-healing scripts & AI-assisted workflows
- Collaborate with DevOps, engineering & product teams
- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure

Required Skills:




- Solid experience in SRE / Application Support / Production Support
- Hands-on experience in Python or Bash scripting
- Cloud platforms: Azure / AWS / GCP _(Azure preferred)_
- Docker & Kubernetes expertise
- Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Splunk, etc.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of distributed systems & microservices
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Strong troubleshooting & incident management skills

Good to Have
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- AI-powered automation / AIOps exposure
- OpenAI / LLM API integrations
- Experience in 24x7 high-availability environments
- AWS / Azure / GCP certifications

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
