About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on social media specialist to manage paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads for our contact centre team, who convert these into flight and holiday package bookings. This role covers both the UK market and US market You'll work directly with the sales team to understand what makes a quality lead and continuously optimize campaigns to deliver better results.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Social: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Youtube.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok:
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, PPC) to generate leads for flight bookings and holiday packages
- Handle organic social media growth (SMO) through content planning, posting,



and engagement
- Create engaging travel-related content including reels, posts, stories, and ad creatives
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPL, and conversions:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality lead generation
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, travel trends, and platform algorithms:
- Analyze competitors and suggest improvements in strateg

Requirements:
1-2 years running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager is essential). Proven track record of lead
generation campaigns, not just brand awareness. Experience with TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads is a solid plus. Comfortable with analytics tools and Excel/Google Sheets. UK or US market experience needed.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
