About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to grow brand presence and engagement.
- Create monthly content calendars and collaborate with the design and content teams.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across Instagram,



Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on insights to stay ahead in the industry.
- Stay updated on trends, tools, hashtags, platform updates, competitor activity, and best practices.
- Handle community management, including DMs, comments, inquiries, and influencer coordination, to foster and grow an active, engaged online community.
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance and prepare regular reports on social media performance and ROI.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional, product launches, and brand partnership initiatives.

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a social media executive or manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
