About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid generalist and project management capacity. This is an excellent chance for a recently post-graduate professional looking to build a strong foundation in business operations, strategic execution, and senior stakeholder management. The role sits directly under the Director and will involve significant Executive Assistant responsibilities alongside analytical and project-based work.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Project Management
- Support the Director in tracking ongoing projects, monitoring timelines, and flagging risks or delays
- Prepare structured MIS reports, project trackers, and operational dashboards in Excel
- Conduct research, compile data,



and prepare summaries to support business decisions
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project deliverables
- Draft SOPs, process notes, and documentation as required

Executive Assistant Support
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and communication priorities
- Take accurate and structured minutes during meetings; follow up on action items
- Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

General Operations
- Assist in organising internal reviews, team meetings, and external events
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and other functions as needed
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions

Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel — pivot tables, formulas, trackers, dashboards
- Strong written and spoken English — clear, concise, and professional
