.

1) The safety officer is responsible for Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.

2) Developing measures to assure personnel safety.

3) Correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority.

4) May exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.

5) Ensure there are safety messages in each incident action plan.

6) Participate in planning a meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operation daily work plan.

7) Review the incident action plan for safety implications.

8) Investigate accidents that have occurred within the incident area.

9) Implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP)

10) Conduct toolbox talk meeting.

11) Safety reviews and approves all safety plan.

12) Enforce safety guidelines.

Training and carry out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.

14) Report to concerned authorities as requested or mandated by regulations.

15) Conduct HIRA.

16) Establish safety standards and policies as needed.

17) Responds to employees safety concerns.

18) Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives.

19) Prepare reports and provide statistical information to upper management.

20) Carry out PTW monitoring.

21) Apart from these responsibilities, you have to take care of workers pass, Materials pass and supporting works in the work spot etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
