We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both corporate office and clinic operations.

The role will involve hiring across:
- Corporate Office roles - Sales, Operations, Marketing, Support Functions
- Clinic roles - Clinic Managers, Sales Consultants, Doctors, Therapists, Front Desk, and Support Staff

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle bulk and strategic hiring for clinics and corporate office
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and clinic teams
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business heads and clinic managers to understand manpower requirements
- Build hiring pipelines for expansion clinics and recent verticals
- Maintain regular hiring updates and recruitment trackers

Employer Branding
- Create and post engaging job advertisements
- Support campus hiring and recruitment events when required





Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring MIS
- Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination
- Ensure proper documentation and joining formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, retail, hospitality, or clinic hiring preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and execution-focused mindset
