Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead business development initiatives for our EdTech and content creation services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across educational content and learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the EdTech, higher education, and corporate training sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and strategic partners.
- Pitch content creation and learning solutions including:
- Interactive PPTs
- eLearning modules
- Video content
- Assessments and worksheets
- Teacher training materials
- Multilingual educational content
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal content, design, and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Support client retention and account management activities.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in EdTech or content services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of educational content development and digital learning solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
