JOB SUMMARY

MK Cleanroom Projects (MKCRP) is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations, documentation, voucher entries, banking records, payroll support activities, and office accounting coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ACCOUNTING SUPPORT
- Perform day-to-day accounting data entry
- Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries
- Assist in ledger maintenance and reconciliation
- Support accounting documentation and filing
- Maintain proper accounting records and vouchers

2. BILLING & DOCUMENTATION
- Verify bills and invoices
- Maintain vendor and customer documentation
- Organize accounting files and supporting records
- Prepare basic accounting reports as required
- Maintain expense and petty cash records

BANKING & PAYMENT SUPPORT
- Assist in bank reconciliation activities
- Update payment and receipt records
- Coordinate banking documents and transaction records
- Support vendor payment documentation

4. PAYROLL & HR SUPPORT
- Assist in attendance and salary data preparation
- Support payroll documentation activities
- Maintain employee salary and deduction records
- Assist in PF/PT related documentation

5. GST & COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
- Maintain GST purchase and sales data
- Support accounting team in GST/TDS documentation
- Organize compliance-related records and files
- Coordinate for document collection and verification

6. COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with Accounts team for accounting activities
- Coordinate with HR department for payroll support
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores department for bill verification
- Support management and reporting requirements
