About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Marketing Executive to drive client acquisition for bank loan and subsidy consulting services. This role involves extensive fieldwork, direct client interaction, and strong coordination with internal teams to deliver the right financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field meetings with potential clients
- Promote and explain bank loan & subsidy services
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Track market trends and identify new opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Report daily/weekly field activity and performance

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in bank loan sales / field marketing




- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Ability to convince, influence, and close deals
- Willingness to do field work and meet clients regularly
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
