About Us:
Job Title:Senior Research Associate

Job Location: Mogappair West
- Engage in all aspects of implementation research - including proposal writing, ethics approval, literature review, data collection, analysis, manuscript preparation, and dissemination of findings.
- Visit implementation sites to conduct quality checks and data validation, and ensure adherence to protocols.
- Conduct periodic focus group discussions with relevant stakeholders to understand the research program’s impact and challenges, and obtain feedback.
- Work closely with the monitoring & evaluation team to generate output indicators related to performance associated with research projects & funder deliverables.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights & progress, and collaborate on research & training initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree or M.Phil/ PhD in a relevant field
- 5-10+ years of relevant research experience.
- Advanced knowledge of research methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in usage of statistical tools and softwares

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
