Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Location: Ath-Elite Sports Fit Academy, Mundhwa, Pune

Job Summary:
The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sports and fitness facility, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, delivering excellent customer experience, driving revenue growth, and supporting the overall business development of the academy.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the academy including turf, gym, courts, coaching programs, and events.

Supervise coaches, trainers, front office staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

Ensure excellent customer experience and handle member queries or escalations efficiently.

Manage bookings, schedules, memberships, and facility utilization.

Support sales initiatives, membership growth, and revenue generation activities.

Coordinate sports events, tournaments, fitness programs, and promotional activities.

Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, safety,



and discipline standards across the property.

Maintain vendor coordination and ensure timely availability of operational supplies and equipment.

Prepare daily and monthly operational reports and assist in budgeting and expense control.

Ensure smooth coordination between management, staff, and clients for overall business growth.

4-8 years of experience in sports facility management, hospitality, fitness clubs, or recreational operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Good operational, administrative, and customer-handling abilities.

Ability to work in a dynamic workplace and manage events effectively.

Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during tournaments/events.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
