Key Responsibilities
- Execute dispatches as per daily dispatch planning
- Verify finished goods before dispatch including product, quantity, and box count
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as Invoice, IRN, and E-Way Bill
- Ensure physical box count matches invoice quantity before dispatch
- Coordinate vehicle loading, sealing, and transporter handover
- Coordinate with customer RFR team for dispatch confirmation and receipt updates
- Maintain dispatch records and documentation properly
- Immediately report any mismatch, shortage, or operational issue to the Operations Team

Quality & Control Responsibilities
- Ensure no dispatch happens without approved documentation
- Verify physical quantity and invoice quantity before vehicle dispatch
- Stop dispatch immediately in case of any discrepancy or mismatch




- Support investigation and resolution in case of customer complaints or dispatch issues

Skills & Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder preferred
- 1-3 years experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems related to dispatch and invoicing
- Understanding of Invoice, IRN, and E-Way Bill process
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Valuable problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Responsible and process-oriented approach toward dispatch accuracy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
