Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for financial products and services (investments, wealth management, advisory, etc.)
- Handle sales inquiries
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract retail and HNI clients
- Create financial content such as market updates, investment insights, and promotional material
- Work closely with the sales/advisory team to drive qualified leads and conversions
- Track, analyse, and optimize marketing campaign performance (ROI-driven approach)
- Conduct market research on financial products, competitors, and investor trends
- Build and maintain client engagement through newsletters, webinars, and campaigns
- Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for branding and digital execution
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory guidelines (SEBI/RBI, where applicable)

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA in Marketing/Finance (preferred)

Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing,



preferably in financial services, DigitaL Marketing, NBFC, stock broking, or wealth management

Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of financial products (mutual funds, equities, PMS, loans, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing
- Knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM software, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and content creation skills (especially financial content)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial marketing (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and design tools (Canva, etc.)
