The Bodyshop Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily bodyshop operations, ensuring high-quality vehicle repair and painting work, maintaining productivity targets, and leading technicians to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of bodyshop technicians, denters, painters, and helpers.
- Allocate repair jobs based on technician skill levels and workshop capacity.
- Monitor repair progress to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Support estimation and damage assessment activities when required.
- Coordinate with spare parts and procurement teams for parts availability.
- Handle escalated customer concerns related to repair quality or delays.
- Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and productivity.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and paint materials.
- Diploma or ITI in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in automotive bodyshop operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
