Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete store and depot operations efficiently.
- Manage inward and outward material movement.
- Maintain stock records of automobile and mechanical spare parts.
- Ensure proper inventory control and stock availability.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, invoices, delivery challans, and stock reports.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, service, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory items.
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping in the store area.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily work activities.
- Maintain ERP/Excel-based inventory data accurately.
- Handle vendor coordination and material dispatch activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automobile and mechanical spare parts.
- Experience in depot/store management and inventory handling.
- Good knowledge of stock documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Leadership and team handling abilities.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as Store Executive / Store Incharge.
- Experience in automobile, transport, logistics, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Ability to manage store operations independently.
- Local language knowledge preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
