The ISC Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all academic and administrative activities related to the ISC (Indian School Certificate) section of the school. The role involves ensuring smooth curriculum implementation, academic excellence, examination management, teacher support, student development, and compliance with Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Coordination
- Ensure lesson planning, syllabus completion, and academic standards are maintained.
- Monitor teaching methodologies and classroom effectiveness.
- Coordinate academic calendars, timetables, assessments, and co-curricular integration.
- Conduct regular academic reviews and teacher observations.

Examination & Assessment Management
- Plan and supervise internal assessments, practical examinations, pre-board exams, and ISC board examinations.
- Ensure timely preparation, moderation, and submission of question papers and results.
- Maintain examination records and board documentation as per CISCE norms.




- Analyze student performance data and recommend improvement strategies.

Teacher Support & Development
- Mentor and guide teachers in curriculum delivery and classroom management.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and faculty meetings.
- Support teachers in adopting creative teaching practices and technology integration.

Student Guidance & Welfare
- Track student academic progress and attendance.
- Coordinate remedial support and enrichment programs.
- Address student and parent concerns related to academics and examinations.
- Promote discipline, leadership, and holistic development.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate academic records and reports.
- Coordinate with school leadership for policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with ISC/CISCE regulations and documentation requirements.
- Assist in school events, inspections, and accreditation processes.
