Develop and implement sales strategies of Laminates Division to achieve monthly and annual targets in the assigned territory.
- Appoint, manage, and support dealers, distributors, and retailers to strengthen the distribution network.
- Maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and key influencers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure effective product visibility, branding, and promotional activities in the market.
- Conduct regular market visits to review performance and provide guidance to channel partners.
- Manage collections and ensure timely payments from dealers/distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
