We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand awareness, drives engagement, and converts followers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies to align with broader business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Manage the end-to-end process of content production (copy, images, and video) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook.
- Community Management: Engage with our audience daily, responding to comments/DMs and fostering a positive, active community around the brand.
- Paid Social: Plan and optimize paid social media advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI and reach.
- Social Listening: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital conversation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement,



and conversion rates, providing weekly/monthly reports to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content strategy.

Content Mastery:Solid copywriting skills and basic graphic design/video editing ability (Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut, etc.).

Analytical Mindset:Proven ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Platform Expertise:Deep knowledge of platform-specific algorithms and best practices (SEO for social, hashtags, etc.).

Tools:Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer) and Meta Business Suite.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

To be successful in this role, you will be measured by:
- Growth: Net increase in followers and audience reach.
- Engagement: Average engagement rate per post (likes, comments, shares).
- Traffic: Volume of website referral
