Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses
- Introduce and explain IT & cybersecurity solutions/services
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Maintain daily call reports and update lead status
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, IT sales, or lead generation
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of IT domain and cybersecurity concepts




- Comfortable with B2B sales calling
- Ability to handle client conversations professionally
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets

Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services or cybersecurity sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
