Job Summary:
We are hiring an Interior Estimator to handle cost estimation and quotation preparation for residential and commercial interior projects. The main focus of this role is accurate costing and timely quote submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings and client requirements.
- Create quotations, proposals, and rate comparisons for management and client approval.
- Analyze material, labor, and vendor rates to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for updated pricing.
- Maintain records of estimates and track cost variations.
